To overcome this, Vivo India has come up with an option for buying smartphones in an SMS from its offline stores. Those who prefer to visit the store, and buy smartphones can still go out and purchase it.
How does this work?
According to this system, when one sends an inquiry via an SMS, or even in the company’s website, and in the Facebook page of Vivo, a person from the brand will inquire, and get in touch with the customer. For sending a message via SMS just send it to 123886. That said, he will help them in buying a new smartphone with the requirements of the customer.
