Vivo is in the works of a few smartphones in its home country. The new device will be under the “Y” series, and the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station had revealed some pieces of information about the device. He suggests that the device with the model number V2002A will be launching as Vivo Y70s. The device has been listed on GeekBench with some key specifications.
The listing of the V2002A reveals that it will feature the Exynos 880 5G SoC. It also tells that, it will have a base frequency of 1.79GHz, and the SoC pairs with 8GB of RAM. The device runs on Android 10 and scores 641 points in the single-core tests. It also scores 1814 points in the multi-core tests.
Samsung didn’t announce the Exynos 880 5G chipset till date. The tipster has also revealed that the SoC will have two cores of Cortex A77 that clocks at 2.0GHz and six cores of Cortex A55, which clocks at 1.79 GHz. To the GPU side, it will feature the Mali G76 GPU. As the name suggests, it is 5G capable. The performance of the Exynos 880 chipset will be similar to the Snapdragon 765G SoC.
In connection with this, the 3C authority of China had certified Vivo V70s aKa Vivo V2002A. It reveals that the smartphone will come with support for 18W fast charger. 3C has certified other Vivo smartphones like V2001A and V2005A with 33W chargers. MyFixGuide shared the report.
