Redmi Note 9 receives MIUI 12 update; Still major issues?

Xiaomi has released a lot of devices under the “Redmi 9″ series. It includes Redmi 9A, 9, 9 Prime, Note 9, and Note 9 Pro / Pro Max. All these phones are running on MIUI 11, and the brand will be pushing MIUI 12 soon to these devices. Since August 2020, Xiaomi has started phase 2 of the MIUI 12 rollout. Recently, the brand made the MIUI 12 update for the global units of the Redmi Note 9. Now, they have started the rollout for the Indian teams of the device. In China, the device is knowns as Redmi 10X 4G, and it has already received MIUI 12 update.

Initially, the update for all these variants came with the version number 12.0.1.0.QJOINXM. But for some reason, the brand has withdrawn the update and re-released for all these variants. As said, the new update for the Indian Redmi Note 9 comes with the build number 12.0.2.0.QJOINXM. As usual, the update is rolling out as OTA (Over the Air) and will take some time to reach every unit of the device. Interestingly, we have also got the manual link for the update.
