Poco X3 NFC; Finally a non-rebranded device from Poco!

 
 

It’d been more than two years since Poco launched a new device. All the recent launches which were made by Poco was a rebranded “Redmi” devices. Say, for example, Redmi K30 4G as Poco X2, Redmi K30 Pro as Poco F2 Pro. Redmi Note 9 Pro (Global) as Poco M2 Pro, and Redmi 9 Prime as Poco M2. Everyone was eagerly waiting for an exclusive device from Poco. Finally, Poco globally unveiled the much-awaited Poco X3 NFC for the public. Although the new device doesn’t have significant updates, we still receive a new device from them.

The new Poco X3 NFC features a 6.67 inches FHD+ display with a single punch-hole. What’s more interesting is that the display has a massive refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 280Hz. Interestingly, the device also has a peak brightness of 450nits and is also HDR10 certified. So you can enjoy excellent content on Netflix. Underneath, it sports the new Snapdragon 732G SoC. This is the world’s first device to sport the same SoC. The chipset pairs with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64/128GB of UFS 2.1 storage.

Poco X3 Cobalt Blue

To the optics side, the device sports a quad rear camera setup. The setup includes a primary 64MP Sony IMX 682 sensor, which pairs with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. Further, it gets two 2MP sensors, which are depth and macro, respectively. To the front, it has a single 20MP sensor that is placed inside the punch-hole. The cameras don’t have much difference compared to the Poco X2.

Poco X3 Phone

A massive 5160mAh battery powers the device, and it also supports 33W fast charging tech. The new device runs on MIUI 12 on top of Android 10. The device will be available in two colors, Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue. The pricing for the 6+64 GB variant starts at 229 Euros (INR 19900 Approx), and the other variant with 6+128 GB storage is priced at 269 Euros (INR 23300 Approx). Talking about the India launch, C Manomohan (Poco Head, India) has given a hint that it will launch soon.
