Xiaomi is all set to unveil the new MiUi 12 on April 27 in China. The brand will also be unveiling the Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition, alongside the launch event. Ahead of this event, yesterday the device has been certified by China’s telecom regulatory authority TENAA. This listing will give us the essential specifications of the smartphone.
The Mi 10 Youth will sport a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an old waterdrop notch. Earlier, there were reports that it would pack the Snapdragon 765G SoC, and the listing confirms that it will be a 5G device. Further, the listing shows that it will come in 4, 6, and 8GB of RAM. The storage includes 64, and 128GB for the 4/6GB variant, and 256GB for the top-end 8GB variant.
As you can see in the TENAA images, the Mi 10 Youth will sport a quad rear camera setup arranged in a rectangle module. This setup will include a primary 48MP sensor that pairs with a periscope telephoto sensor that supports 50x zoom. It will pack a 4,060mAh battery, and there is information regarding the fast charging.
The smartphone will run on the newer MiUi 12 which is based on the Android 10 and will be the first device to sport MiUi 12. It will be one of the slimmest phones, since it has only 7.8mm thickness, and will be weighing around 192grams. Further, it will be available in six colours which are in Blue, black, green, pink, red, and white.
