LG X6 (LG Q60) gets Android 10 in Korea!

 
 

Most of you know that LG is one of the slowest OEM in the market to push Android updates for its smartphones. The brand has started rolling out it’s LG UX 9.0 on top of Android 10 for many of its devices. Further, the brand has started pushing its Velvet UI for some of its devices. Now the brand has started pushing the Android 10 update for the LG X6.

The phone is known as LG Q60 in the markets outside Korea. Interestingly, it is also known as LG K12 Prime in Brazil. Most of the brand launch the same product in different countries with different naming. Let us leave all these things, the device came with Android 9 Pie out of the box. The users of the device were waiting for the new Android 10 update.

Finally, the brand has started pushing out the Android 10 update for the LG X6 for the users in Korea. The update will be soon live for the global units including Brazil. The new update brings a lot of changes to the device. It comes with support for all features in native Android 10. Some of the new features include gesture navigation, and new accessibility function, system-wide dark mode, and much more. The brand has promised that the device will get an update in Q3 of 2020.
