Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e gets OneUI 2 update in US and Canada!

Samsung has almost finished rolling out Android 10 updates for its smartphones. Now, the brand is pushing the new OneUI 2.1 on top of Android 10 for its tablets. Recently, many Samsung tablets have received the update, you can read everything by clicking here. The brand has started rolling out the new update for Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e in the US and Canada markets.

For those who don’t know, Samsung unveiled this tablet back in April 2020. It came with awesome specifications like a 10.5-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 670, 4/6GB of RAM, and a massive 7040mAh battery. Even though it was launched in 2020, it came with Android 9 Pie out of the box.

As usual, the device is available in two variants i.e. Wi-Fi and LTE variants. Earlier, the brand has pushed OneUI 2.0 on top of Android 10 for the European units of Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. As we said, the brand is pushing the same update in Canada and the US. In the US and Canada, the update is rolling out only for the Wi-Fi variants. The LTE variant is soon expected to receive the update.

Apart from this, the units in India, China, Serbia, and the Netherlands have also received the update. You can see that there is an unofficial announcement for updates in both Canada and the US. Yes, Samfrew has reported the same. In the US, the update comes with version number XAR-T720XXU1BTG3 and as XAC-T720XXU1BTG3 in Canada. The update weighs over 2GB and comes with the June 2020 security patch.
