How to enable Astro Photography mode on Nokia 6.1 Plus Google Camera 7.0
By default the astro photography mode is not enabled on this Google camera for Nokia 6.1 Plus. Few settings need to be enabled. Before you proceed to enable any settings, just a heads up: from Google Camera 7.0 onward the settings is moved under Quick settings pull down menu.
Astro photography mode usually works only if the phone is steady. You can make use of a tripod to keep the phone steady.
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and click on About modification
- Then go to Developer Settings (Keep in mind that This developer setting is different than the Android’s developer settings)
- On the next screen search for "cuttle". All the cuttle related settings will be filtered.
- Now check all the boxes appear in the filter except camera.cuttle.sky_gpu
- Now, force stop the Google camera app and restart it.
Even after enabling cuttlefish mode and keeping the phone still, the Astro photography mode does not work on Nokia 6.1 Plus on this Google camera APK.
