This Galaxy Grand 2 Android Lollipop ROM, is a CyanogenMod 12.1 custom ROM built from Android lollipop 5.1 sources by developer mukulsoni and is built for model number (SM-G7102). CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android Open Source Project, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for devices.DISCLAIMER:
Installing custom ROM requires a custom recovery to be installed on your device, which may VOID your warranty and may delete all your data.
Before proceeding further you may consider backup your all data. Understand that YOU are the only person making changes to your phone. Neither we nor the developer can be held responsible for the disaster that may happen to your device after following this guide.

Required files for Galaxy Grand 2 (g7102) CyanogenMod 12.1 Lollipop ROM flashing:
– Custom recovery for Galaxy Grand 2 or any existing KITKAT supported Recoveries (CWMod 188.8.131.52 + or TWRP 2.7 + or Philz) will work
– Download link of CM 12.1 Galaxy Grand 2 Android Lollipop ROM
– Google Apps flashable zip download link
CyanogenMod 12.1 comes with ROOT, so rooting is not required because Team UB ROM is based on CM 12.1.

Galaxy Grand 2 NOUGAT 7.0 AOSP ROM has also arrived. This is an initial build and you can try at your own risk.
Flashing guide of CM 12.1 ROM for Galaxy Grand 2 (g7102):STEP 1:
Copy the ROM and GApps zip file to your phone(By using a USB cable or via adb push command).STEP 2:
Enter into recovery mode by pressing your device specific key combinations.
Or else if you are on a pc with USB driver and adb installed, then type the following command:
$ adb reboot recoverySTEP 3:
Wipe system partition, cache, data and dalvik cache (If you are coming from a KitKat ROM)STEP 4:
Select the Install Zip from SDcard option.
Select the CM 12.1 for Galaxy Grand 2 Android lollipop ROM zip file and let the installation complete and then reboot. Flashing this ROM may take a while, so have patience.
Complete the initial setup, reboot to recovery and then flash the GApps package and reboot again and enjoy Android Lollipop 5.1 with CyanogenMod 12.1.
