Looks like the S3 Pro came with Android Pie, so you need not require to install the Camera2API and it should be there by default.

Can you try with some other GCams from the below links:

The apps still crashing and i found something

the logs of the crash of the gcam say this:

and in the screenshot of the Camera2 Probe say that RAW Support is not enable, is some way to enable this?
I think if i enable this i would run any gcam.
