Realme has already unveiled two 5G smartphones this year i.e. the Realme X50, and Realme X50 Pro. Some of you many know, to launch a device in China you have to get permission from 3C, and TEENA. There were many rumours that another 5G device will also debut in China. And, earlier today the brand itself has revealed that a new device will be launched tomorrow by the brand. So, this will be the third 5G phone from the brand, and still 5G isn’t available in a major part of the world. However the brand didn’t reveal any details regarding the naming of the device.
Further, there are some reports that the new device will be the Realme X50’s Youth Edition, or the Realme X3. Interestingly, a Realme device with the model number RMX2142 was recently approved by TENAA certification body of China. This same device has also appeared in 3C’s database. Another device, i.e. the Realme RMX2052 has also received 3C approval, but it is yet to appear on the TENAA’s database. However, from both the 3C listings, we can confirm that they will launch with support for 30W fast charging.
Realme X50 Youth Edition
Recently, there were some reports about the Realme X50 Youth Edition. Where that reports suggest that the device would be coming with a primary 48MP sensor that will be paired with an 8MP sensor and a pair of 2MP lenses in its quad camera setup. To the front, it will have an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and an 2MP depth sensor.
As said above, RMX2142 was appeared in TENAA, and it reveals the key specification of the device. That said, it would sport an 6.57-inch dual punch-hole display with a FHD+ resolution, the front camera includes an 16MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth sensor. Further, the device gets an octa-core processor which is clocked at 2.4GHz and pairs with 12 GB of RAM. It also comes with storage up to 256GB. The quad rear camera steup includes a 48MP primary sensor, paired with an 8MP sensor, and includes two 2MP sensors, and packs a 4,200mAh battery.
