    If you are wondering how to install CM13 (CyanogenMod 13, Marshmallow ROM) on Moto RAZR HD (codename: xt925) then you are at the right place. If you are a first time user then be sure that we will take you through a step by step guide to get your Moto RAZR HD installed with CM13 marshmallow ROM on the other hand it will be buttery smooth installation for experienced advanced users.     BUG LIST:
    – Bluetooth is not working.
    – For some users HSPA+ is not working.

     

    Things needed for RAZR HD – xt925 CM 13 (CyanogenMod 13) Marshmallow ROM installation:

    Motorola Drivers
    TWRP Recovery
    ROM download link
    GApps download link

    NOTE:
    The RAZR HD needs to be on JellyBean Bootloader to flash this ROM. If you are on KitKat bootloader then downgrade here.

    Installing CM 13 ROM on Motorola RAZR HD – xt925:

    STEP 1:

    Copy the ROM and Gapps zip file to your SD card or internal memory(By using a USB cable or via adb push command).

    STEP 2:

    Reboot into recovery by pressing key combination or type the following command if you are on a PC:

    $ adb reboot recovery
    STEP 3:

    Wipe Data / Factory Reset, Format /system, Format /cache, clean Dalvik Cache.

    If you don’t know how to do this then here is how to wipe data using TWRP recovery.

    This will delete all your data on your phone. You may consider backing up your phone data or take a nandroid backup. Here is how to take NANDROID backup using TWRP recovery.

    STEP 4:

    Select the Install Zip from SDcard option.
    Select the CM 13 Marshmallow ROM zip file for the Droid 4 from your phone’s internal memory or the SD card wherever you have kept and after that do the same for GApps also.

    After finishing flashing just reboot your phone and enjoy CM 13 Marshmallow ROM on your Motorola Droid 4. After this CM13 installation you may want to enable ROOT access on your phone and here is how you can do that:

I tried installing Gappas version micro, nano and etc all gave the same problem, how to proceed now?</span>
